On Friday 11 October, M28 – Terres de culture brought together project leaders for a collective work session at the Espace Castel in Lunel. This was an opportunity to establish a framework for the development of Event 25 – Living trails. Sophie Léron, President of M28, and Nicolas Dubourg, Artistic Director, presented a progress report and the prospects for a cross-disciplinary and regional composition.
To illustrate the M28 approach, examples of located projects were shared by local cultural players. For example, Elise Armentier, co-director of the Bouillon Cube association, spoke about the ‘Way of water’ project in the Grand Pic Saint-Loup area. Loïc Gourié, director of culture for the town of Lunel, spoke about initiatives in Lunel Agglo, notably on the banks of the Canal, followed by Adrien Cordier, artistic director of Unaenime Collective with ‘In the Food for Love’ in Sète Agglopôle Méditerranée.
It was an opportunity to exchange ideas collectively in order to cross-fertilise approaches and forge links, thus continuing the dynamic of co-construction on the M28 Territory in preparation for Event 25 – Living trails.
