Nadine Gruner, Director of Heidelberg House, looks back on the M28 experience from the application phase onwards. This project has inspired the city of Heidelberg, which has decided to embark on its own adventure. The dynamic of M28 – Terres de culture has also led to the development of a number of projects with cultural players and a wide range of artistic practices: an unprecedented form of networking that is already well underway.
